The Murder Mystery Co.

I have always wanted to dress up and go to a Murder Mystery show, so when the Murder Mystery Co. contacted me about going, I said “OF COURSE!”
This past weekend my friend and I got all dressed up, said goodbye to the husbands/kids and headed up North to Seattle(really Snohomish) for the evening. They have shows throughout the US and the shows are different themes. Our shows theme was 1950s, high school prom. We luckily found clothes in our closets that resembled that era so we didn’t have to go out and buy anything :) But you don’t have to dress up if you don’t want to.

They serve a three-course meal which is all included in the price, drinks and gratuity are extra. The food was great and filling. The whole place was decorated in the 50s.

The actors were really great, very funny and their improve skills are amazing! At your table they assign anyone(yes, anyone!) to be the “character” and your whole table works as a team to figure out who the killer is. Like I said they choose anyone to be that character so if your extremely shy you better cross your fingers they don’t choose you jk ;) I can be a little shy sometimes so I was pretty happy I was not chosen but if you are don’t worry have a drink and they give you a notebook of information for your character that you get to walk around with. It’s a great way to over come your shyness and loosen up a little!
The rest of the table gets to walk around and investigate all the characters to try and figure out who is the killer. They have papers at the table with information and even supply questions to ask.
Just a way to enjoy yourself and talk to people you normally wouldn’t.
No body knows who the killers is, but our table did figure it out ;)

It would be a great date night, girls night out or get a group together and get a whole table! The Murder Mystery Co. does public or private events.
And if you mention my blog you can get 25% off normal ticket price!
