The Green Drink

Those green drinks you see everyone making are so easy to make! Not to mention you can put WHATEVER you want it in and the greener it is, the better it taste.
Grab a blender.
In order add.
1 cup Mix frozen fruit (you can use fresh too but I like using the frozen so I don’t have to add ice) 
1 banana
1/2 cup of apple sauce or fresh cut up apples
2 good size handfuls of spinach or kale (love both in the drink)
1/2 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of milk(you may need to add more juice/milk depends on how thick/thin you want)
Hit blend!
Like I said the drink is very simple to make, add, subtract whatever you want (fresh strawberry’s, almond milk, ect) and if you say you don’t like spinach give it a try first you will be very surprised how great it taste. Your children will even love it! (Look at Mason’s picture below for proof) And if your child hates anything green(Mason usually does) then try with a cup they can’t see the the color ;) That’s what I did at first with Mason, now he enjoys it in any cup.
